COOKIE POLICY

We use cookies to make our site easier and more intuitive. The data collected through cookies are used to make the browsing experience more enjoyable and more efficient in the future.

WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are small text files sent from the website to the interested party’s terminal (usually to the browser), where they are stored before being re-transmitted to the site that originated them (first party cookies) or to another site that recognizes them (cookies third-party) to the next visit of the same user. A cookie can not retrieve any other data from the user’s hard disk nor transmit computer viruses or acquire email addresses. Each cookie is unique to the user’s web browser. They have different purposes such as, for example, allowing you to efficiently navigate pages, remember favorite sites and, in general, improve the browsing experience. Some of the functions of cookies can be delegated to other technologies. In this document, the term ‘cookie’ refers to both cookies, properly so-called, and to all similar technologies.

• functionality cookies, which allow the user to navigate according to a series of selected criteria (for example, the language, the products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service provided.
For the installation of these cookies, users’ consent is not required, whereas it is necessary to provide information (EU Regulation 2016/679).

THIRD PARTY COOKIES
In the course of browsing the Website, the User may also receive cookies from different sites or web servers (so-called “third-party” cookies) on his terminal: this is because on the site there may be elements such as, for example, images, maps , sounds, specific links to web pages of other domains that reside on servers other than the one on which the requested page is located. These cookies are created and used by parties other than the owner of the site. Sometimes the website, to analyze its users, can use the services of an external company that defines its cookie to perform this service. Since Malecom S.r.l. is not able to control the dissemination of third-party cookies or block them, we invite users to visit the website of the respective third parties in order to find information on the type of cookies installed and know how to change the settings or delete them.
